Fun Monday #2
It's Monday again! And so soon. Nikki is hosting this week's Fun Monday and the rules are below.
1. Write a short poem. It can be about anything and it doesn't even have to be good.
2. Whip out your crayons, markers, paint, etc. and illustrate your poem (or have your kid, dog or cat do it).
3. Post your poem and illustration on your blog next Monday.
This Fun Monday gave me a bit of a workout. I don't write poems. Even short ones. I was sitting here trying to come up with some insightful genius poem that would make everyone think about the world they live in and the life they lead. Something to make people think. But it wasn't happening. It's just not me. I was about to give up on Fun Monday when Mushu came in and helped things along....
Joy's First Haiku
And because I can draw about as well as I can write a poem. This will have to be good enough....

LOL, love it Joy! Poor Mushu must be eating the same dog food as my Daisy and Morel. Sometimes it's enough to make your eyes water a bit.
