After a long and successful career as a stay-at-home mom to three children, I now find myself on the verge of changing careers. Well part time anyway. Join me as I make my way through the empty nest years....one child at a time.
Where I was born:
I was born in Stettler, Alberta.
Where I live now:
I now live outside the City of Edmonton. Which is in Alberta. Canada.
What I live in:
We live in a subdivision on 3 acres in a home that was built the same year we were married. We are the second owners of this home.
There are 100 Things About Me:
If you feel like going here.
Who I love the most in this world:
I have been married to Gregg for a lot of years. August 16, 1986 to be exact. You do the math.
We have three children. Kelsey, August 12, 1988 - Michael, December 30, 1989 and Samantha, May 17, 1991. We have had them for a lot of years as well. You do the math.
Who doesn't live here any more:
Our oldest daughter moved out two years ago to attend College. She ate the most out of all the kids so we weren't too sad to see her go. She does however visit often so that makes up for any sadness we have. The first thing I did was change her room into an exercise room. Her feelings weren't hurt. And no...I haven't lost an ounce of weight. Shut up.
Who works out of town all the time:
Gregg works out of town. Oil & Gas Industry. In British Columbia. He doesn't call BC home though. He says he only has one home and that would be where his wife and children are. Which is exactly why I married him.
Who has the most hair and the baddest breath in the T house:
We have one dog. He is a Bichon Frise named Mushu and he was born December 12, 1999. Joy has kindly offered Mushu one day to write on A Spot of T so if you would like to see what Mushu is up to, please join him every Wednesday for Wednedsays With Mushu.

I have hobbies:
Flower and vegetable gardening are my all time favorite hobby. Until the deer who wander through our yard all year round come and eat my gardens. Then I have no gardens and I weep and cry and will think bad thoughts about the deer. Which usually involves deer sausage.
I Volunteer as much as I can:
I have a weird rare INFJ personality:
